This is Chinese salad,try to make Chinese Cucumber Salad at home, enjoy your day.
Ingredients
3 medium cucumbers
1 clove garlic chopped
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon freshly ground Szechuan or black pepper
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
some red chillis
Instructions
1. cut cucumbers into plate.Mix with other ingredients except sesame seeds.
2. Marinate for 30 minutes before serving.Toss in sesame seeds and serve.
