Lamb is a great meat.This is easy way to grill lamb recipe.
Ingredients
6 cloves unpeeled garlic
1 teaspoon olive oil
300g yogurt
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons ground coriander
1 tablespoon ground cumin
12 fresh trimmed lamb cutlets
Instructions
1.Preheat oven to moderate 180c.
2.Place garlic on oven tray,drizzle with oil.roast 10 minutes.peel garlic garlic then crush in small bowl with yogurt.cover, refrigerate.
3.Combine sesame seedsand coriander,cumin with lamb in big bowl.
4.Cook lamb both sides in heat oil grill pan cooked.serve lamb with roasted garlic yogurt or lemon.
