Dumplings are a small mound of dough usually pan-fried, deep-fried, or cooked in a liquid mixture.Boiled dumplings are made from flour to form a dough.
1 portion cold water dough(2 cups flour)
250g pork
1 bunch dill
1 teaspoon wine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons seasame oil
1.Divide dough into small balls, roll each ball into a circle.
2.Rinse dill,chop finely,mince pork even more finely,add all soy sauce,salt,seasame oil,then dill, mix well.
3.Place a little stuffing in the center of each dough circle, flod over,press edges tightly to seal, cooking in boiling water until floating on surface, add water twice while cooking, remove and drain,serve.
