300g broccoli chopped
1 carrot sliced
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons chicken stock
1/4 teaspoon salt
1. Heat the oil, add broccoli , carrot and chicken stock to the wok, stir fry over low heat for 10 minutes.
2. Add oyster sauce,salt simmer until heated through.
