Crab is a popular selection that is rather easy to duplicate in the comforts of your own home.
2 crabs
2 tablespoons wine
1 tablespoons finely chopped ginger
4 cloves garlic chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 green onion chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1. Chop each crab into 6 pieces.Place crab pieces in a deep heatproof bowl.
2. Mix ingredients together and pour over crabs,soak 30 minutes.
3. Transfer heatproof bowl to steamer,
steam for 20 minutes.Serve immediately.
