Lotus root is full of nutrient that benefit our health.
500g fresh lotus root
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 garlic clove chopped
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
black pepper to taste
1. Peel lotus root and cut the lotus root into thick slices.
2. Combine vinegar,soy sauce,garlic,salt in a bowl.Add lotus root into bowl for 1 hour.Reserve and drain lotus root .
3. Put 2 tablespoons oil into frypan, add lotus root and stir fry 5 minutes .Remove from heat.Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
