Stir-fry snow pea with beef

This easy and delicious stir-fry dish cooks fast in mere minutes.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 small leeks, chopped
100 g snow pea, chopped
150 g steak beef, chopped
1 tablespoon dry hot chilli (optional)

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat. Add ginger and stir 30 seconds , add beef, stir-fry 5 minutes or until meat is just cooked though. Remove meat, keep warm.

2. Put some olive oil into pan, heat and add snow pea, sir-fry 2 minutes.

3. Add beef and chopped leak into pan, add chilli,soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and sugar , sir-fry over medium heat 3 minutes.
