Rosemary and feta cheese salad

This Greek-style dish is healthy and is filling enough to have as a main course if you are watching the calories. This salad is perfect for light outdoor meals and picnics.

Ingredients

Rosemary, lettuce
Feta cheese
Olives
Tomatoes
Cucumber
Olive oil
1 clove of garlic

Instructions

1. Tear up the lettuce leaves and line a salad bowl with them.

2. Add a mixture of green and back olives, cubed or crumbled feta cheese, a few tomatoes and some cubed cucumber.

3. In a small jug, blend together two tablespoons of olive oil, a teaspoon of rosemary leaves and a clove of crushed garlic. Drizzle the dressing lightly over the salad and serve.
