Great for when friend come to visit, an easy to cook.
1/3 cup white wine
Half of lemon juice
1/4 teaspoons mustard powder
4 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoons black pepper
600g rolled and tied pork
Parsley to garnish
1. Combine all ingredients except pork in a bowl. Pour over the pork, cover and refrigerate, several hours or overnight, turning frequently.
2. Preheat oven to 160C. Place pork in roasting pan and place meat thermometer into thickest part of pork.
3. Bake for about 35 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 75C, basting often with marinade. Serve garnished with parsley.
