Stress-relieving infusion

The perfect way to reduce stress is to create your own tailor-made herbal infusion, feel the stress, anxiety and tension drop away with this soothing tonic, it can be drunk at any time of day, but is particularly effective in the evening.

Use theses ingredients to create an infusion that will help reduce your anxiety levels.

To make this infusion:
10g dried linden flowers
5g dried wood betony leaves
10g chamomile flowers
500ml water

1. Warm a teapot with hot water, then empty the contents out.
2. Add the dried linden, wood betony and chamomile flowers to the empty teapot.
3. Take your freshly boiled 500ml of water and pour into the teapot.
4. Stir for a few minutes and then leave the mixture to infuse . After about 10 minutes ,strain the contents , retaining the liquid. Add honey to taste and consume.
